BCU North America is run by volunteers. As such they are not available at all times and it can be difficult to contact a person to talk to on the phone. E-mail is looked at almost everyday, but as we paddle professionally, we can be away for a few days at a time.

The BCU North America Administrator processes paperwork, answers questions and enforces BCU policies. The Adminstrator does not make policy and answers for some questions must gets forwarded to BCU UK for answers. When this happens, it can be a few weeks to get an answer.
